Priorities

Education

As a mom of three children, two of which are school aged and attend Oklahoma public schools, ensuring our children receive the best education possible is personal to Kristen. She knows we must continue to support our students, educators, and classrooms to see our state succeed. We must also empower parents with any and all resources that ensure their child’s educational needs are met.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma and a business owner in the commercial construction industry, Kristen also understands our state’s need to support higher education, including our trade and technical schools. We must prioritize educating our children to foster a strong and skilled workforce that contributes to the betterment of our Oklahoma communities.

Economy

Kristen and her husband Bryce have started and grown multiple businesses in the construction and hospitality industry and are proud to have created family-supporting jobs in the Oklahoma City metro area. Because of this, Kristen is committed to eliminating government regulations and red tape that keep businesses from succeeding. It is her priority to ensure we continue to attract new employers and job opportunities so that Oklahoma is the best place to live, work, and raise a family.

Infrastructure

Strong infrastructure is essential to a strong economy. Kristen supports innovative, responsible solutions to improve transportation and technology infrastructure, without raising taxes or burdening Oklahoma families.

Her community-first approach has already delivered results in District 22. Kristen helped secure $22.6 million in funding for critical water and wastewater upgrades in Piedmont, ensuring the city’s infrastructure can keep pace with rapid growth and protect public health.

Kristen also served as co-chair of the Transportation, Infrastructure and Rural Development Working Group, where she helped oversee the distribution of federal funds to more than 1,000 projects statewide, including major broadband investments. She continues to provide oversight to ensure these funds are used responsibly and deliver real results for Oklahoma communities.

Healthcare

Kristen has seen directly the need for Oklahomans to have access to quality healthcare, including mental health, to improve their lives and the lives of those around them. She believes that addressing and treating mental health concerns, particularly in juveniles, will lead to a lower rate of incarceration and an increase in our available workforce.

Conservative Values

Kristen is a lifelong conservative who wants to uphold and instill those beliefs in our next generation. She will always defend the right to life of every unborn Oklahoman and is committed to protecting our Second Amendment freedoms.

Public Safety

Kristen is a strong advocate for the rule of law and for strengthening protections for victims. Since being elected, she has filed and passed legislation to expand the legal definition of rape, closing loopholes and ensuring justice for survivors.

She has also led efforts to protect children online, advancing legislation to restrict social media access for minors, an approach that promotes safety and supports better mental health outcomes.

One of Kristen’s most significant public safety accomplishments is her leadership in combating human trafficking and illicit massage operations. She authored Senate Bill 644, now law, which gives cities and counties the authority to regulate where and how massage businesses operate.

The law cracks down on illegal operations, supports legitimate businesses, and strengthens local control.

Kristen also saw Senate Bill 1211 signed into law, increasing penalties for strangulation and holding violent offenders accountable.

In recognition of her leadership, Kristen received the 2025 Bulldog Award from the District Attorneys Association for her work advancing strong public safety policies.
